  One of the most negative and frustrating shopping experiences I can remember having in recent times. I went in as a beginner looking for a specific part for my existing Yamaha kit. Counter person was unhelpful, Gary was arrogant and dismissive and even tried to sell me a new controller. Neither listened properly to what I was asking for. That was the first and probably the last time I will set foot in that place, and I will definitely not consider them when I eventually upgrade my kit. Very disappointed.
  
  I went back to Better Music, and their drum person was happy to help.
